Over in Doncaster, Captain ‘doughnut’ Phil takes over the reins from Austin Powers. Phil fresh from his honeymoon in t’egypt took over the challenge & produced the 2nd teams 1st win in its 1st year back in action. Full credit to the boys. Especially Phil ‘i had a dream’ Brown. Despite his duck, Phil lost the toss, peglers said ‘bat on that if you can’.
As he reported back to the dressing room Phil asked for quiet as ‘subtitles’ was in full flow. As Phil announced captain Peglers had robbed him of his 1st choice of custard doughnuts, Nostell would bat 1st. George, Jamie & Neil ‘Flintoff’ Graham added some runs before the vital game changing partnership of 59 between Govind and lee helped us to make 114 out in the last over.

Robert controlling the game going for 14 from a full allocation of 14 taking 2 wickets with Jamie claiming the other. 85 got 7!
